"EL PROFE" He begins to study the Bass Guitar specialty at the Guillermo Tomás Music Conservatory in his hometown; Continuing his studies at the Ignacio Cervantes professional development school, he studied with great teachers such as Silvio Vergara and Carlos del Puerto.

Professionally he became known in Cuban national groups, venturing into Jazz, Latin jazz, Son, Timba and Salsa among others. Since 2012, Cristóbal Verdecia officially resides in the United States of America, in the city of Miami.
